Hobart has a plethora of restaurants with an eclectic array of menus, prices, and styles available. For the last 7 years our favourite Hobart restaurant is the Italian "La Suprema & Ristorante". La Suprema's name says it all - its the supreme Hobart restaurant. Offering a wide array of fine Italian-inspired foods, La Suprema is fully licensed or BYO, affording its customers a professional but friendly service and a great manager (John Attuoni) at the helm. John will make sure your visit to your Hobart restaurant is memorable. The fine dining is exceptional and the prices provide great value for money. You can find La Suprema & Ristorante at 225 Liverpool St Hobart. After-hours there is nearby free and ample parking. It's at the "quiet end" of town but conveniently is within 5 minutes walk to the centre of the city so if you want to go night-clubbing after your meal then it's an ideal central venue. The restaurant is only 5 minutes drive from the Hobart Casino, 2 minutes drive to Salamanca Place & the other major central-Hobart attractions. La Suprema combines fantastic dining with an ideal location - you must not miss the opportunity to dine there.
