Paul enjoys extensive experience including training, business marketing and strategic planning. His career path has been diverse, providing high level policy advice to various government and non-government organisations as well as carrying replete experience in the arena of human services. Paul is actively involved in the Church and has practiced as a full time pastor and worship leader. Paul is an executive member of the Full Gospel Business Men's Fellowship International (FGBMFI) - Hobart Chapter. Paul is an avid sportsman and his sporting achievements include: winning various state sailing championships, state representation on rugby union teams as well as being honoured with a runner-up title, Australian sailing championships. Paul can still occasionally be found at the helm of a 35 footer on the magnificent Derwent River - if you look carefully!

Richard has a strong motivation on his life to work for and in Africa. Richard has recently returned from Zambia and he is enthusiastically engineering several "Not for Profit" tours through Travel With A Cause and Australian Discount Travel & Tours which he believes will bring hope, healing and empowerment to Zambia and other African countries. Richard has travelled to his beloved Zambia several times in the last 3 years and along with Paul has met with the Acting President of Zambia and most of the senior cabinet ministers & their Departmental Secretaries, to discuss issues pertaining to ameliorating poverty in Zambia. Richard has extensive experience in Local Government matters and has enjoyed the privilege of serving as an Alderman on the New Norfolk Council for many years. |

We understand the need to retain flexibility and sensitivity to differing needs of various cultures. We already have language translators on our website and we are actively seeking staff who are fluent in different languages who also understand the cultures of different nations and peoples. We actively support various Migrant Resource Centres and welcome the opportunity to participate in different cultural activities. |

Discrimination Issues & Unlawful Tour Requests: |

We hold a deep respect for human life and as such we reserve the right to refuse sponsorship to organisations, clubs, schools or affiliations that have had complaints lodged against them under State and/or Commonwealth Anti-Discrimination Laws. We also reserve the right to refuse to offer travel assistance to persons who wish to undertake unlawful tours that might involve the abuse of children. |

Seniors: |

We fully support older persons/seniors in assisting with travel plans. We provide full travel insurance to mature age persons/seniors with no extra medical information required. We support Australian Probus Clubs and TPI pensioners throughout the world, offering discount travel deals to seniors and/or mature age travellers around the world. Ask us about our Seniors' Discount Tours, Senior Discount Travel Insurance and other valuable discount travel arrangements. We have created our exclusive Overseas Volunteer Travel Tours to provide an expansive opportunity for our senior clients to enjoy a wonderful travel itinerary while at the same time, assisting by visiting some of the projects that we sponsor. |

Our staff come from various religious and social backgrounds and they adhere to the principles outlined here. We simply ask that you reciprocate this respect towards us when dealing with us. |

Requests for Special Discounts: |

We are always ready to serve persons with special needs. If you have already commenced travel plans with your own travel agency we do not believe we should be eager to interfere in this process. Although we are confident of obtaining for you a very competitive quote, we do not encourage deliberate "quote shopping". Given our not for profit status we require a deposit before releasing written international quotes. |

By necessity, Travel With A Cause Inc reserves the right to enter into commercial agreements with various wholesalers, and specialists that by their nature are profit-making. Hence, when booking through this website the nature of our business relationships will mean that a proportion of your funds will go to profit-making companies and/or to pay our staff costs and other recurrent costs such as rental and other commercial activities. However, once company profits are finalised (after expenses) all profits by law go to developing countries. |
