Our Company/Organisational Credentials: Our founding directors have extensive experience as travel agents and have all owned and directed several travel agencies. Travel With A Cause Inc. owns this website and part-owns another affiliated website (the discount air travel specialist website at www.knowhowtravel.com.au). Travel With A Cause's Management team acknowledges with gratitude the support provided by Causation Nominees Pty Ltd via means of staff expertise, client referrals, fiscal support and administrative support. Under our rules of incorporation, all work undertaken by our Directors in their capacity as members of the Travel With A Cause Inc Management Board is done on a voluntary basis. This means that any work undertaken by Directors as Board Members by law, is unpaid. The law requires Directors have no authority to take funds out of TWAC for his or her own purposes. Moreover, it actually costs Directors to join the TWAC Board because they have to pay annual membership fees out of their own pockets. Therefore, all our directors are with us to "Make a Difference" - they gain no financial advantage from their duties, except the joy of making a difference in this world of need. Each year, TWAC is fully audited as per the lawful requirements of the Australian Travel Compensation Fund (TCF) and by law undertakes audit requirements of the State Department of Justice (as per its review of all not-for-profit organisation financial returns). Therefore we are able to offer Tax Deductibility to Australian citizens who donate to our DGR-designated projects (click here for further details). Tax-deductible donations incur a 10% administration fee which is withheld by the over-arching organisation (World Relief Australia Inc.) which provides to TWAC its tax-deductible status. TWAC never withholds donation money for itself and 100% non tax-deductible donations received by TWAC are passed on to its sponsored projects. Our Personal Belief System & Company Mission Statement: This Company is Not For Profit International Travel Agency and Overseas Aid Incorporation. Our inaugural Directors have travelled to many third world & developing countries and have been absolutely convicted to do something about poverty in countries including but limited to: India, Zambia, Transvaal, Fiji, Burundi, Malawi, Cambodia & Colombia. We desire that our work in travel to leave an everlasting legacy to developing countries. We have decided to dedicate this company's profits to ameliorate the shocking conditions encountered by the poor and needy in countries not as fortunate as our own nation (Australia). Whether or not you choose to travel to a developing country (and of course we can arrange this for you), just by booking any travel through our company, you will experience the satisfaction that when you travel, you will be assisting people in great need. Our Company Mission therefore is to serve others who live in poverty in developing countries. Our relief efforts focus on disadvantaged groups (as opposed to individuals) who are in dire need of our assistance and without such aid would face untoward medical, nutritional, social and/or financial hardship. For this reason we sponsor & support schools, orphanages, and small communities as opposed to individuals and/or family enterprises. Likewise we choose to server those organisations that we consider "make a difference" in countries other than those designated by the OECD as "Developing Countries". Hence our mission included sponsorship to missions undertaken by various groups undertaking Australian indigenous groups, Camp Quality, YWAM, Fusion International and others. Please ask our Board for details. Wholesale Prices: A number of our tours are offered at wholesale prices. This means you not only receive personal satisfaction that when you book your travel through us you are assisting developing nations, but you also get value for money. However, we ask that you consider donating the savings gained when you take advantage of our wholesale prices (see Conferences, Tasmanian Coach Tours, Queensland Tours for example). Jane Evans has some 25 years experience in the travel industry and has enjoyed wide and acclaimed international experience. Jane is simply brilliant at pulling together those difficult international quotes that often will be ignored by other agents. Jane is well respected in the Tasmanian community and has won many awards for her work of excellence in the Travel Industry. Jane formed her own Travel Agency some 12 years ago, drawing on her vast experience in both the domestic and international travel arenas. Jane has travelled extensively and spent over 12 months living and studying in the USA & Canada before returning to her beloved homeland of Australia. Jane has hand picked a select group of enthusiastic, energetic, committed and skilled travel consultants who can cater to virtually every conceivable travel requirement. Jane maintains a close 'hands on' approach to travel in order to ensure that her business continues to deliver excellence to her valued clients.

Richard Parker has a strong call on his life to ameliorate conditions in Africa. It was after Richard Parker returned from a life-changing trip to Zambia that we launched our Not for Profit Travel Agency, Richard Parker being one of three founding directors. Richard enthusiastically engineers several "Not for Profit" tours with "Travel With a Cause" and the profits derived from these bring hope, healing and empowerment to Zambia & other developing countries. Richard's passion is about Zambia and other African countries. His vision is to build schools, repair and expand existing schools and purchase farm land for the underprivileged people living in Zambia and similar countries so that these beautiful people will be afforded the opportunity for self-sustenance and the dignity of self-reliance.

	Senior Vice President Paul Evans
Paul Evans enjoys extensive experience including training, business marketing and strategic planning. His career path has been diverse, providing high level policy advice to various government and non-government organisations as well as carrying replete experience in the arena of human services. Paul is actively involved in the Church and has practiced as a full time pastor. Paul is an avid sportsman and his sporting achievements include: winning various state sailing championships, state representation on rugby union teams as well as being honoured with a runner-up title, Australian sailing championships. Paul can still occasionally be found at the helm of a borrowed 35 foot yacht on the magnificent Derwent River - if you look carefully! Richard, Paul & Jane also have vast experience owning and directing other International Travel Agencies including: Australian Discount Travel & Tours and Derwent Travel.

Peter Rowe is a Christian Businessman and Certified Practicing Accountant (CPA) of impeccable repute. Peter provides significant oversight on matters of fiscal importance and importantly, played crucial role in establishing proper accounting & audit trails for Travel With A Cause Inc which comply with the most strict standards of company, incorporation and taxation law. Peter brings to the organisation a wealth of experience in business management and accounting practices. His vision is unequivocal: he believes Travel With A Cause Inc will be used to pour significant financial benefits into many overseas projects.
