Day One (Airport Coach Transfer to New Norfolk)
Welcome arrival into Tasmania, Australia. A
quick sightseeing tour of Hobart, including a visit to Wrest Point Casino and
dinner at the famous revolving restaurant. Overnight at Willow Court, New
Norfolk. (Dinner Provided)
Day Two: (New Norfolk to Strahan)
Breakfast first, then an air-conditioned 12 seater bus for sightseeing tour
of New Norfolk. On to the historic hamlet of Hamilton to view the colonial
buildings and wonderful crafts. Travel to pristine Lake St. Clair for lunch. On
arrival on the West Coast, experience fantastic wilderness during the peaceful
Franklin River and Nelson falls walk. Overnight at The Village Strahan,

Day Three (Strahan to Cradle Mountain)
Breakfast at The Village. Spend a half day on Strahan river cruise including
lunch and experiencing the most magnificent wilderness, history and
breath-taking scenery. Cradle Mountain for overnight and dinner. (B L D

Day Four: (Cradle Mountain to Launceston)
Breakfast followed by a short and easy bush-walk around tranquil Dove Lake.
Travel to the unique township of Sheffield to view the murals and amusing local
features of this quaint country town. Stop at Ashfield Cheese Factory for a
tasting and then on to luncheon at Seahorse World & Tour. Visit Platypus House
and finish the day at the beautiful gorge area in Launceston coupled with a
Cataract Gorge Chair lift ride. Overnight Launceston Country Club Casino and

Day Five: (Launceston to St Helens)
Breakfast at the Launceston Casino. Tour the wonderful city of Launceston.
See City Park with its monkeys and Wooden Design Centre for fantastic Tasmanian
timber craft. Between December and February we visit the fabulous Lavender
farms. Scottsdale Eco Centre forestry tour is included. We'll visit the Derby
Tin Mine Centre including a tour of the museum & luncheon break. This area was
populated by many Chinese seeking their fortunes in the last century and before.
Visit the historic Chinese cemetery at Moorina. Drop into the Pub in the
Paddock to see the beer drinking pig! Overnight at Doherty’s St Helens,
for dinner.
Day Six: (St Helen’s to Hobart)
After breakfast we set Tasmanian-Tours-1.phpoff for Bicheno Nature World.
Here you will see all the Tasmanian wildlife and birds (including the Tasmanian
Devil). Then on to Freycinet National Park for a bushwalk. We visit the midlands
town of Ross to see many fine historic sites including a visit to the wool
centre. Meet up in Hobart with delegates in afternoon.7day/6 night coach trips
concludes with last night at Wrest Point. Hobart and dinner at the Pier

Day Seven: (Hobart-Port Arthur-New Norfolk)
Breakfast provided
Salamanca Market, Botanical Gardens, Richmond tours. Lunch Port Arthur
(including cruise). Overnight in tranquil New Norfolk (B L D Provided)
Day Eight: (New Norfolk rail journey)
Early breakfast. Head to the train station for a rail experience to remember
and National Park where you will see the majestic Russell Falls. Visit a
wildlife park and meet native animals such as kangaroos, wombats and possums.
Lunch is included. Leisurely rail journey to return down the valley. Overnight
New Norfolk and dinner. (B L D Provided)
Day Nine: (New Norfolk and farewell dinner)
Breakfast. Jet boat ride the Derwent River in an exhilarating way to travel
the water. Coach to Salmon ponds where you can feed the fish and enjoy the
surrounds and having lunch. In the afternoon we head out to a genuine sheep farm
for a sheep demonstration. For your last night you will meet the business people
of New Norfolk with a dinner feast at the Noshpit and a farewell to Tasmania.

Day Ten: Airport transfer to fly home or continue with Queensland extension
